The hotel had lovely amenities and a great ambiance, making our stay enjoyable. However, the service needed improvement, particularly at the front desk, and our dining experiences could have been better, especially with language barriers and the staff's expectations.

the resort is a great getaway for families with kids. we stayed in a king suite with a beautiful garden view. the breakfast was amazing, offering a full variety to start our day. also, the spa facilities were exceptional, providing a wide range of services and stunning vistas. it's the perfect place to relax and recharge!

The King Suite with Lake View Evolution offers stunning vistas right from the room, creating a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. The thermal pools enhance the experience with their natural beauty and provide a serene ambiance for unwinding.

Parking is across the street, which could be a hassle for those with lots of gear. however, there’s valet service for convenience. It’s important to note that housekeeping doesn’t come for stays shorter than five days, a detail that wasn’t communicated at check-in. Also, late checkout incurs an extra charge that caught us off guard after what already felt like a high bill.

The multiple swimming pools and Jacuzzis were incredible for relaxation, and the staff's attention to detail ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was particularly remarkable, featuring delicious options, including cottage cheese. However, a few areas could improve. the spa area felt somewhat crowded, and the dining options, while satisfactory, could have more variety to elevate the experience further. Overall, it was a memorable visit, perfect for families seeking both excitement and tranquility.

I had a wonderful time enjoying the spa treatments and relaxing by the pool. The place offers a fantastic range of activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, making it great for both water lovers and those who just want to chill out. The only downside was the occasional spider web on the balcony, but overall I’d recommend bringing your family for a fun getaway! 😊

The breathtaking lake view from our corner suite was absolutely stunning! 🌅 However, the restaurant service was painfully slow, making dinner less enjoyable. Overall, a beautiful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The access to snowshoeing trails nearby was amazing, and the outdoor hot tub experience in the winter was magical. Our Junior Suite was spacious and had a great kitchenette, making it perfect for a family getaway with our kid.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities during the evening.
